TT Poke is committed to selling only authentic Pokemon Trading Card Game products. All sealed boxes, graded cards, and raw cards are guaranteed to be genuine products from The Pokemon Company or authorized distributors.

For graded cards, we only sell cards that have been authenticated and graded by recognized grading companies including PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), BGS (Beckett Grading Services), and CGC (Certified Guaranty Company).

If you believe you have received a counterfeit product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will investigate the claim and provide a full refund if the product is confirmed to be inauthentic.

We strive to accurately describe all products. Product conditions are categorized as follows:

• Sealed Boxes: Factory sealed Pokemon TCG booster boxes. We indicate whether the original shrink wrap is intact. Boxes without shrink wrap have been verified as sealed but may have been opened for inspection purposes.
• Graded Cards: Cards encased in protective slabs by professional grading companies. The grade shown is assigned by the grading company. We do not alter or misrepresent grades.
• Raw Cards: Ungraded cards rated by our internal condition scale: A+ (Near Mint), A (Excellent), A- (Good), B (Played). These ratings are our assessment and may differ from professional grading results.

Product images are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. For high-value items, additional photos can be requested before purchase.

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed via WhatsApp, the quoted price will be honored.

Payment methods and instructions will be provided during the WhatsApp checkout process. We accept various payment methods common in Hong Kong.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds. We will contact you to offer the correct price before cancellation.

Orders are placed through WhatsApp. Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Product availability is confirmed only after order confirmation via WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected resale purposes or fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Pre-orders may be accepted for upcoming releases. Pre-order terms, including estimated release dates and payment schedules, will be communicated at the time of order.

We ship within Hong Kong and may offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided during checkout.

Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. High-value items are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

For local Hong Kong orders, we may offer in-person pickup or meet-up options. Details will be arranged via WhatsApp.

In the event of a lost, damaged, or delayed shipment, customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier. TT Poke will provide tracking information and any necessary documentation to assist with the claim, but is not liable for compensation once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item received is significantly different from the description
• Item is damaged during shipping (report within 48 hours with photos)
• Item is confirmed to be counterfeit
• Graded card slab is cracked or damaged upon arrival

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Sealed products cannot be returned once opened. Raw cards cannot be returned due to buyer's disagreement with our condition assessment unless the card was materially misrepresented.

We accept trade-ins of valuable Pokemon cards and products. Trade-in values are determined at our sole discretion based on current market conditions and product condition.

Trade-in offers are valid for 48 hours. Products sent for trade-in evaluation must match the description provided. We reserve the right to adjust or decline offers based on actual condition.

Trade-in payments are processed after we receive and verify the products. We are not responsible for products lost in transit to us.

Pokemon, Pokemon Trading Card Game, and all related marks are trademarks of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. TT Poke is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

All content on our website, including text, images, and design, is owned by TT Poke and may not be reproduced without permission.

Products are sold for collection and personal use. We make no guarantees regarding investment value or future market prices.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Grading company grades are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee grading accuracy and are not liable for disagreements with professional grades.

In the event of any dispute, special circumstance, or situation not explicitly covered by these terms, TT Poke reserves the right to make the final decision at its sole discretion. By using our services, you agree to accept our final determination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
